Meet the alpha male that speaks dog!

Ram comes to us from Mauritius where he spent a lifetime working around dogs. Although he started out doing the grunt work at Vom Haus Mauribel Kennel, which specializes in training German Shepherds for security jobs, it soon became apparent that he had a special connection with the dogs. I mean, would you walk straight up to a security guard and pet his dog without asking? So off Ram went to Belgium where he attained his diploma at the FCI , Fédération Cynologique Internationale (World Canine Organization). With Diploma in hand he took on the tough job of training German Shepherds for security work. This included biting work, obedience, tracking, security, rescue and agility. But the toughest job was training the guards not the dogs. Because in an extreme situation, if a guard freezes and doesn't remember his commands... well, let's just say you don't want to be on the receiving end of a charging Shepherd with no off button.

When he wasn't working with the 60 odd Shepherds at the kennel, Ram helped out local dog owners with the more mundane tasks of puppy training, basic obedience and behavioural issues. His experience spans many breeds and personalities, both 2-legged and 4. Ram can teach you not only how to speak to your dog, but more importantly, how to listen.
