All dogs will stay in a loving home environment with no cages or hard cement floors. NO exceptions! Each dog will enjoy three walks a day and interaction with other dogs if possible. It's important to us that you feel comfortable and secure leaving your special dog in our care, so we have put together a profile page for each of our boarding homes to give you a glimpse into their lifestyle. Visit the Community page for Boarding Home locations. *Because the safety of the dogs in our care, and the harmony within our homes, is so important to us, new doggie guests may be required to do a trial overnight. This will be determined during the meet and greet. Specifically, we are concerned about aggression towards other dogs and/or people, extreme food or toy possessiveness, excessive barking or whining, excessive mounting (humping), destruction and escape attempts. Our aim is that all our doggie guests enjoy their visit stress free. DIsruptive behaviour as listed above can create an unpleasant atmosphere for dogs and caregivers. Due to the extra care and time required to integrate your dog into the home and help ensure a positive experience and outcome, a trial fee does apply. PLEASE NOTE: An additional fee may apply for dogs that require special care, time and attention such as extra walks and the administering of medications. Additional fees will be determined on an individual basis. For the Christmas holiday we do not accept dogs on December 24th or 25th. Dropoff must be arranged for the 23rd or prior.  Doggie Day Care

Doggie Walks are available as an occasional service only. Availability is dependent on the individual Doggie Walker. Prices do not include HST.  Many of our homes have acquired a Pet First Aid Certificate. Look for this symbol.
Important payment & cancellation information We require a 50% deposit on booking with the balance due the day before your dogs stay begins. During the following peak periods deposit is non-refundable; December 15 to January 5, the month of March, Easter weekend, Labour Day weekend and Thanksgiving weekend. At all other times 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a credit towards future boarding or if you prefer a refund a 10% processing fee will apply. Please be sure to book early during peak periods! We are happy to accept VISA and Mastercard as well as payment through paypal. Sorry, no cheques or cash!
